8-1 Win Over North Stars FC; FW Miles Powell had himself a day!

Our UPSL side dominated the match against North Stars FC with a final score of 8-1 at the Thomas Jefferson High School Stadium on April 12, 2026. We took control early in the first half, with Kareem Gharbi finding the back of the net in just the third minute, quickly followed by two goals from Miles Powell at the 14th and 26th minutes. Mathew Carlin added a fourth goal shortly after, showcasing Arlington's offensive prowess.

Despite a response from Daniel Jackson who slotted home for the visitors in the first half, the momentum remained firmly with our side. In the second half, Youssouf Barry extended the lead with two goals, and Peter Mattocks contributed another. Diego Meza capped off the scoring with a goal in the 77nd minute, solidifying a comprehensive victory for. The outcome highlighted the side’s attacking strength and ability to maintain pressure throughout the match.
